Refund Policy

Eligibility for Returns

Unopened products may be returned within 15 days of delivery. If you experience an adverse skin reaction from a Skinish product, we will also accept returns of opened products — please contact our team with photographic evidence of the reaction.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation when the refund is initiated.

Non-Returnable Items

Free gift items, promotional products, and products marked as final sale are not eligible for return. Items that have been damaged due to misuse are not eligible for refund.

Damaged on Arrival

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the packaging and product. We will arrange a full replacement or refund with no return required.
